1) lower your …
1) lower your camera, it should be center your face but be just a little bit lower. right now your camera is looking down on you.
2) change your lighting. turn the light away from you and put something large and white that can reflect the “brightness” not the “beam” onto your face.
3) look into a 3rd party mic. the camera mic isnt the best for professional capturing. you can use an independent mic and sync the two. this is more advanced but will make your show more professional.

Food is considered an adjustable expense. It will change from month to month. The amount you spend each month should always be based on the amount of money you have. This is why it is important to compute your net income first. For example, after you paid all your major bills, you may have only $200 left. This means you have up to $200 to spend on food. If you spend $250 on food before computing net income, you may come up short paying your bills.
